Log into Mulebuy account and then click “Top Up” in the user center. 

There are currently several payment methods available for top up, which are described in more detail below.

Top up with PayPal and International Credit Cards

PayPal allows you to top up your account using international credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB Card. In addition, some banks from various countries are also supported. Regardless of the currency or account you use, PayPal will convert it into US dollars at the time of the transaction. The exchange rate used will be based on the latest rate published by the Bank of China, and the transaction is usually completed instantly.
