Mulebuy Points vs. Growth Value

Besides points, your account may also show Growth Value, which tracks progress toward your VIP level. Both can come from the same eligible shipping payment, but they have different purposes and cannot be used interchangeably.

1. Pay for International Shipping

You normally earn 1 point for every ¥1 of eligible international shipping actually paid after applicable discounts and coupons. Any remaining fraction of ¥1 is rounded up.

Bonus points are automatically credited the first time your account reaches an eligible VIP level. The move from VIP0 to VIP1 does not include an upgrade-point reward.

You can currently use Mulebuy points in two ways: redeem available coupons or exchange them for eligible products in the Redeem Store.

Before redeeming, check the required points, validity period, and usage conditions. A coupon may apply only to a particular fee or require a minimum spend. Products may also have separate availability and fulfillment terms.

Available rewards can change. When the Redeem Coupons section shows “New coupon offers are on the way,” there is no coupon available at that time, but your existing point balance remains in your account.

Do Mulebuy Points Expire?

Yes. Mulebuy points expire for VIP0–VIP3 members, while points held by VIP4–VIP5 members currently have no listed expiration date.
