STEP1: Select Item
Method 1
Browse items on Chinese e-commerce websites and copy the links of the products you wish to purchase. Then, paste these links into the search field on Mulebuy.
Method 2
Enter the product name in the search field on Mulebuy to browse results from platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian, etc.
Tips:
- Ensure that the link can be found on platforms like Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Yupoo, and Weidian.
- If you are unable to find the items through search or notice price differences, try using our DIY Orders service. here:https://mulebuy.com/uniorder-order/
STEP2:Submit Order
You may
Select the color, size, and quantity of the item, then add it to your cart or proceed to checkout.
Or
For orders on platforms such as Yupoo, WeChat, or Dangdang, where direct link pasting may not be supported, you will need to manually enter product details and submit your order through the shopping agent service.
Tips:
1.Please note that certain restrictions may apply to international deliveries.
2.Be aware of potential risks when purchasing products on 1688. Refer to Mulebuy’s shopping agent notice for more details.
3.Additionally, most suppliers on 1688 have a minimum order requirement. Always check the supplier’s minimum order quantity before placing an order.
STEP3:Pay For Item(S)
Select a payment method and pay for the item along with the local shipping fee in China.
STEP4:Mulebuy Purchase
The Mulebuy agent team will contact the seller and purchase the items you have requested.
Tips:
You can add a note during the purchase process to request additional information. If needed, we will contact you via email or message to ask for any missing details.
STEP5:Inspection And Storage
Quality control will be performed, and the items will be stored in the warehouse. To check the status of your order, visit “My Account” and select “My Intl Order.
Tips:
1.Once the item arrives at our warehouse, a thorough quality inspection will be conducted, including taking detailed photos for your review. Should any issues be identified, we will notify you immediately.
2.Please note that products purchased from 1688 are subject to different quality control standards.
STEP6:Submit For Delivery
Go to “My Warehouse”, select the items you wish to purchase, and submit them for delivery. Afterward, enter your delivery details and choose the recommended delivery option.
Tips:

Some items may have delivery method restrictions. We have selected recommended delivery options for you to choose from.
- Additional services, such as packaging removal, package reinforcement, and insurance, are available. Please specify your preferences in the remarks section, and we will accommodate your request.
STEP7:Pay Intl Shipping Fee
Select a payment method for the deposit on international shipping and customs fees.
Tips:
- The deposit for international shipping is based on the estimated weight of the product, the selected shipping method, and the destination.
- The final shipping fee will be calculated based on the actual size and weight of the package as confirmed by the shipping company. If there is any difference between the final shipping fee and the deposit, the difference will be refunded to your Mulebuy account after the product is shipped.
STEP8:Parcel Delivery!
Combine and securely package items, weigh the package, and dispatch for delivery.
STEP9:Waiting Delivery
After your parcel has been sent, you can track it in the “User Center” under “Parcel.” You can also leave a note to contact us.
Tips:
International package shipments may face risks such as delays, confiscation, taxes, damage, or missing packages. Mulebuy cannot control or prevent these issues, which can occur during handling by third-party logistics providers or customs. However, Mulebuy is committed to offering the best service by keeping you informed about shipping conditions in your selected country and providing assistance in case of any issues.
STEP10:Delivered & Review
To confirm your parcel delivery, go to the “User Center”and select “My Parcel.” If you have any questions, you can leave a note for after-sales support.
Tips:
Don’t forget to earn Growth Value by completing a review. You can then use this Growth Value to reduce the cost of international shipping.
