International Package Delivery Agreement
Upon the particularity of international transportation, you need to comply with the rules of international package shipping, please be sure to read thoroughly and accept the following terms and conditions.
Package compensation standards:
If your products are lost, lacking in quantity, damaged, delayed or being seized by customs during the shipment process due to reasons not in Mulebuy control, Mulebuy is not responsible for compensation. For indirect and not actualized profit lostes, we will also not be responsible for any compensation. Please see the “Insuranceand compensation of Parcels” for actual details.
Mulebuy is not responsible for compensation in the follow situations (for uninsured package):
1. No compensation will be given for the lost of mail due to force majeure such as natural disasters or customs reasons;
2. If the delivered items violate the prohibition or restriction regulations, the competent authority will confiscate them or deal with them in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and no compensation will be given;
3. No compensation will be given if the package of the mail is intact with no signs of dismantling, and the weight is not reduced but the internal parts are short or damaged at the time of delivery;
4. If the mail track shows that it has not been delivered properly, and it is confirmed by the logistics provider that the parcel has been confiscated by the customs, the logistics provider’s inquiry shall prevail and no compensation shall be paid;
5. No compensation will be given for the lost of the mail or the shortage of the contents due to the responsibility of the customer or the reasons for the sent item itself;
6. No compensation will be given if the customer fails to inquire and make no claim for compensation from the date of delivery of the mail to the expiry of the inquiry period;
7. If the international mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the destination country according to its domestic laws, no compensation will be given.
Forbidden items
Comply with the national regulations on prohibited and restricted mail items in our country:
(1) Comply with the announcement of the State Post Bureau, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Security on the issuance of the “Regulations on the Administration of Items Prohibited from Delivery”.
(2) Comply with Order No. 43 of the General Administration of Customs (List of Prohibited and Restricted Entry and Exit Items of the People’s Republic of China).
Items that cannot be shipped through mail
1. Items forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to the national law.
2. Explosive, flammable, erosive, radioactive or toxic hazardous items.
3. Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
4. Currencies of all kinds.
5. Items that violate public health.
6. Items that rot easily.
7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
8. Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages.
9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
Items that are forbidden from being sent according to postal practices
1. Items with qualities or packaging that may harm the postal workers or contaminate/damage other packages or postal equipment.
2. Items with metal seals or other sharp edges that may get in the way of postal processing.
3. All types of firearms, ammunition, explosive, flammable, erosive, and radioactive items or vessels, strong poison, anesthetics, biochemical products and infectious items.
4. All kinds of publications, propaganda, or printed items that may endanger the security and stability of the society or contain obscenity.
5. All kinds of items that may endanger public health.
6. Documents or items that are not accepted or allowed to be circulated in the recipient country.
