Mulebuy’s warehouse has a complete and standard packaging process, which is mainly divided into 4 parts for you to know.

Folding shoe box service (the white contains shoes and the folded shoe box is below. After folding the shoe box, the volume of the parcel is greatly reduced.)

For all packing boxes, we are selecting the most suitable size, then cutting the excess volume, and then using the most economical packaging method to reduce the volume. (Almost no extra wasted space). For example, vacuum service does not fit the box during actual packaging, cutting paper boxes to reduce volume, thus saving you every penny.

3. Seal and reinforce the packaging. Stick fragile note to the fragile parcels

For the external packaging of the parcel, in addition to basic packaging, we also provide anti-collision corners, waterproof films, and carton reinforcement, which can be selected according to the needs of Mulebuyers.

About customized Logo Service

This service is one of our customized services. Customers can create it’s exclusive logo stickers based on it’s needs and deliver them to our warehouse. Customers would need to provide the physical stickers to us and our member of staffs will stick the logo tag to the relevant package. Any risks or fees that occurred by the logo, such as delivery, customs clearance, infringement, or other legal risks, will be responsible by the customers.
