The users and Mulebuy agree to and accept all terms of service as outlined by Star Creation Technology Co., Limited.

6. Exemption from liability

2. Mulebuy will purchase the designated products from the website specified by the user. If the website is out of stock, the price has changed, delivery is delayed, the product is abnormal or other uncontrollable circumstances arise, and the purchase cannot be completed as planned, we will promptly communicate with the user. Mulebuy cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by the user.

h. Items that incite hate, violence, racism or other forms of discrimination or exploit criminal activity.

i. Obscene material.

j. Items that infringe on copyright, trademark, privacy or any other proprietary rights under the laws of any jurisdiction.

k. Certain pornographic items or services.

l. Ammunition, weapons or certain weapon parts or accessories.

m. Regulated weapons or knives under applicable laws.

3.Transactions involving:

a. The display of personal information of a third party in violation of applicable laws.

b. Supporting pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix schemes, other get-rich-quick schemes, or certain multi-level marketing schemes.

c. Transactions related to purchasing annuities, lottery contracts, advance deposit systems, offshore banking, or transactions to finance or refinance credit card debt.

d. Selling items before the seller has control or possession of them.

e. Payment processors collecting payments on behalf of merchants.

f. Transactions involving the sale of travellers’ cheques or money orders.

g. Currency exchange or cheque cashing businesses.

h. Certain credit repair or debt settlement services, credit card transactions or insurance activities.

i. Making or receiving payments related to bribery or corruption.

4. Transactions involving the sale of products or services that government agencies have determined to be potentially fraudulent.

8. Governing law

The laws of the UK will govern and interpret this Service Agreement and any additional agreements for the provision of Services.
