Top Up

If you wish to add balance to your account, please go to the "My Base" section to access the top-up page.

Minimum top-up: CNY 10. Maximum top-up: CNY 50,000. Multiple payment methods are currently available for topping up your account, as described below:

1. Multiple Top-up Methods

You can top up your account using international credit cards (such as VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and Skrill). In addition, we also support bank accounts in certain countries. Regardless of the currency or account type used, transactions will be converted to US dollars based on the latest exchange rate published by the Bank of China. Transactions are usually effective immediately.

2. International Credit Card Top-up

If you have a credit or debit card issued overseas, you can top up by following the instructions below:

(1) Log in to your account, navigate to the Wallet page.

(2) Enter the amount you wish to top up and click the "Confirm" button.

(3) Select a top-up method that accepts international credit cards.

3. Tips

(1) For users accessing Mulebuy on mobile devices, Apple Pay provides a quick and secure payment option. Simply select Apple Pay during the top-up process to complete your transaction seamlessly.

(2) For users choosing Alipay, please note that currency conversion to CNY is required. Additionally, ID verification is mandatory for residents of Mainland China to complete the transaction.

(3) Top-up Amount = Amount You Paid - Service Charge. Minimum top-up: 10.00 CNY

(4) Your balance will normally be credited in real time, depending on the payment method. Some methods may take 1-2 working days (subject to bank processing times). If it does not arrive for a long time, please contact us.

 

Withdrawal

You can withdraw your account balance to a third-party payment platform or bank account (your previous payment path) by clicking "User Center" or "Wallet" under the "My Account" page. A service fee may apply during the withdrawal process. Conditions such as withdrawal frequency and amount limits may also affect fees. Withdrawal requests typically take 7-10 business days to process, depending on Mulebuy's review and the processing time of the payment platform.

Tips

(1) Withdrawable Amount = Cash Balance - Service Charge. Minimum withdrawal: 10.00 CNY.

(2) Withdrawals are typically returned to the original payment method. If it does not arrive for a long time, please contact us.

(3) If a refund to the original payment method fails (e.g., due to an expired card), the withdrawal will be credited to your Mulebuy balance.

(4) A $1 handling fee is charged per withdrawal by the payment platform. Withdrawals are not available if your balance is less than $1.
