1. Rehearsal (CNY 20/parcel)
(1) Pre-packs items to provide exact dimensions/weight for accurate cost estimation.
(2) Procedure
Select the orders you wish to include together and submit your rehearsal packing request. Then choose your preferred packing method and shipping line. Any special instructions can be added in the 'Remarks' section.
(3) Notes
- Items cannot be shipped directly while rehearsal is in progress.
- You may cancel an order on the [Rehearsal] page before processing begins.
- After rehearsal, restocking takes about 24 hours before you can submit the parcel for shipping.
2. Extra Photo
(1) The Extra Photo service provides customized, high-definition product images tailored to your specific needs.
Standard photos include 3-7 basic shots (front, back, side/logo, details) taken at fixed angles according to warehouse standards. Custom photos offer greater flexibility—you can request specific angles, highlight particular components, or include measurement details.
(2) Procedure
Before Ordering: Clearly describe your photo requirements. For items already in storage, include the product item number. And confirm that the number of photos you order matches your requested shots.
(3) Notes
- Standard photos are complimentary. Unclear images can be retaken free of charge.
- Custom photos not meeting your requirements are eligible for retakes.
