Quality Check

Upon arrival, we will conduct a thorough quality check and store your items. You can view the status and QC photos by going to "Account" and selecting the "Warehouse" section.

1. Quality Check Service

a. We perform a full quality check upon your item's arrival at our warehouse.

b. This process includes taking extra photos for your review.

c. We will notify you immediately if any issues are found.

d. Please note: Different quality check standards apply to products purchased from 1688.

2. Check Scope and Limitations

a. Checked Items:

i. Appearance: Color, large areas of damage, stains, scratches, or deformation.

ii. Basic Integrity: Whether the product is complete and not disassembled.

iii. Specification Compliance: Size, model, version number, and quantity.

iv. Functionality (Limited): For non-electronic items, basic functions that can be checked without use (e.g., zipper smoothness, wheel rotation, button pressing) may be tested.

b. Non-Checked Items:

i. Subjective and Display Issues: Color differences, use effect, screen display quality (dead pixels, color uniformity).

ii. Electronic Products: No power-on tests, software diagnostics, or completeness of accessories checks.

iii. Internal State and Hidden Defects: Internal structure, material composition, chemical safety, waterproof performance, durability, and battery health.

iv. Sealed Items: Items in original, unopened packaging will not be opened for inspection.

3. Important Notes and After-Sales

a. QC photos are for your reference and do not constitute a full product certification.

b. If information is unverifiable (e.g., no obvious damage or contamination), it will be assumed that you have reached an agreement with the merchant.

c. If an item is found to not meet transportation conditions (e.g., contains prohibited items, severe packaging damage), a special mark will be made on the order to remind you to negotiate return services with the seller.

d. If you have any issues with the inspection results, you may request after-sales service.

e. Please note: After-sales claims must be filed before the parcel is shipped out from our warehouse.
