Chapter 1: Disclaimer

3. The terms of service of this platform can be updated by Mulebuy at any time. Once the updated terms are published and publicized, they will replace the original terms without further notice. You can check the latest version of the terms of service in Mulebuy and also remind you to keep an eye on the updates of the platform's terms of service to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes. 1. Scope of Service Terms The ownership and operation rights of the relevant registered user services belong to Mulebuy, and the services provided must be executed in accordance with its published service articles, terms, and operating standards. 2. Information Collection and Use When you use Mulebuy's services, we may need to collect and use two types of your personal information:
- To achieve the basic functions of providing our services to you, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to register, log in, or use our services normally;
- To achieve the additional functionality of providing you with our services, you may choose to individually agree or disagree with the information we collect and use. Chapter 3: Order and Payment Terms
1. Nature of Purchasing Agent Service: Mulebuy acts as a purchasing agent service platform and is not the actual seller of the goods. Users place orders to purchase goods from Chinese e-commerce platforms (such as Taobao, 1688, etc.) through the platform. Mulebuy is responsible for purchasing, receiving, warehousing, and international forwarding.
Product prices, inventory, promotional activities and other information are subject to the real-time information on Chinese e-commerce platforms. Mulebuy does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
2. Order Confirmation: After submitting an order, the user needs to complete the payment. Orders not paid within the timeout period will be automatically cancelled.
After payment is completed, Mulebuy will complete the purchase. If encountering situations like out-of-stock or price changes, we will notify you via station letter.
3. Price Composition: The total fee payable by the user includes: Product price + Mainland China shipping fee (if any) + International shipping fee (if any) + Service fee (if any) + Insurance fee (if any) + Possible tariffs and other taxes/fees (if any).
4. Payment Methods: Supports international payment methods such as Visa, bank transfer, etc.
The exchange rate for all payments is subject to the rate displayed by the platform at the time of payment.
Chapter 4: Liability Limitation Clause
1. Force Majeure: Mulebuy shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, strikes, natural disasters and other force majeure events; sudden changes in customs policies, adjustments to import/export controls; service interruptions caused by cyber attacks, system maintenance.
2. Liability Cap: The maximum compensation amount by Mulebuy for a single order shall not exceed the actual payment amount of the order.
Indirect losses (such as lost wages, loss of business opportunities, etc.) will not be compensated.
Chapter 5: User Conduct Standards
1. Prohibited Behaviors: Users shall not:
- Place orders for prohibited items or goods restricted for import by the destination country.
- Use false identity information or payment accounts.
- Engage in malicious returns/exchanges or false complaints.
- Use the platform for commercial resale purposes (unless applying for a corporate account).
2. Account Management:
- Users must ensure the authenticity and validity of registration information.
- Accounts must not be lent or transferred, otherwise the platform has the right to terminate services.
Chapter 6: Intellectual Property Clause
1. Content License: User-uploaded content such as product reviews and images grants Mulebuy a permanent, royalty-free, global license to use.
2. Trademark Protection: Unauthorized use of the "Mulebuy" trademark and related logos is prohibited.
Chapter 7: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law: The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the United Kingdom.
2. Dispute Resolution: Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration according to its effective arbitration rules.
3. Multi-language Version: If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Chapter 8: User Management
1. Scope of Service Terms
The registered user services are owned and operated by Mulebuy. The provision of these services must comply with the regulations, terms, and operational norms published by Mulebuy. Users and Mulebuy agree to and accept all service terms listed by Mulebuy.
2. Collection and Use of Information
To use Mulebuy's services, we may request two types of personal information:
(1) Necessary Information: To use the basic functions of our services, you must allow us to collect and use necessary information. If you choose not to provide such information, you will not be able to use our services normally.
(2) Optional Information: For the additional functions of our services, you can choose to agree or disagree with our collection and use of additional information. If you choose not to provide such information, you will not be able to use these additional functions or enjoy corresponding benefits, but it will not affect your use of basic functions.
3. Protection of User Information
We will not share or disclose your personal information to any third party unless in the following circumstances:
(1) Sharing for the performance of legal obligations;
(2) Sharing with your consent.
4. User Rights
(1) You have the right to log in to the Mulebuy website, access and edit your personal information.
(2) You have the right to contact our online customer service and apply to close your account. After you submit a cancellation request, we will terminate the services provided to you and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with relevant laws.

5. Information Storage
On the Mulebuy platform, there is no limit to the amount of information transmission. Please be cautious with your personal information, share it only when necessary, and avoid participating in transactions through other channels to prevent information theft or online fraud.
6. Exemption from Liability
(1) Mulebuy makes every effort to display product information accurately, but due to various factors such as the environment during product shooting, shooting angles, and equipment differences, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of product information.
(2) Mulebuy will purchase specified products from the website you specify. If the website is out of stock, has price changes, delivery delays, product abnormalities, or other uncontrollable situations, resulting in the inability to complete the purchase as planned, we will communicate with you in a timely manner. Mulebuy shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result.
(3) If there are after-sales problems (such as out of stock, damage, defects, etc.) with the products purchased by Mulebuy on your behalf, we will handle them for you in a timely manner.
7. Prohibited Behaviors
When using Mulebuy services, the following behaviors are prohibited:

b. Drug paraphernalia;
c. Cigarettes;
d. Unauthorized cannabis or other psychoactive plants;
e. Subscription-based nutrition, vitamins, supplements, herbs, or natural health products;
f. Items that promote or facilitate illegal activities;
g. Stolen goods (including digital and virtual items);
h. Items that incite hatred, violence, racism, or other forms of discrimination, or exploit criminal activities;
i. Obscene items;
j. Items that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other proprietary rights under the laws of any jurisdiction;
k. Specific pornographic items or services;
l. Ammunition, weapons, or specific weapon parts/accessories;
m. Weapons or knives are regulated under applicable law.
(3) Engaging in transactions involving the following categories:
a. Displaying third-party personal information in violation of applicable laws;
b. Supporting pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix schemes, other get-rich-quick schemes, or specific multi-level marketing schemes;
c. Transactions involving the purchase of annuities, lottery contracts, prepaid systems, offshore banking, or financing/refinancing of credit card debt;
d. Sellers selling items before they control or possess them;
e. Payment processors collect payments on behalf of merchants;
f. Transactions involving the sale of traveler's checks or money orders;
g. Currency exchange or check cashing businesses;
h. Specific credit repair or debt settlement services, credit card transactions, or insurance activities;
i. Receipt or payment behaviors involving bribery or corruption.
(4) Engaging in transactions involving the sale of products or services deemed potentially fraudulent by government agencies.
Chapter 9: Other Terms
1. Notice Delivery: The platform will send notifications via station letters, email, etc. Successful sending is deemed as delivery.
2. Severability: If any clause is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of other clauses.
3. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Mulebuy, superseding all prior oral or written communications.
