Standard Payment

Payment Process: If you need to make a direct payment for an order or parcel, simply click the "Pay" button on the order/parcel page and select the appropriate payment method. (Please note that Apple Pay is currently only supported on mobile devices.)

Tips:

(1) If you click to pay for an order/parcel and are redirected to the platform's checkout page but do not complete the payment, and subsequently close or leave the page, the order status will display as "Pending Payment" accompanied by a 72-hour countdown timer. If the payment is not completed within this time period, the order and parcel will be automatically cancelled by the system.

(2) If you click to pay for an order/parcel and are redirected to the payment gateway but do not proceed with the payment, or if the payment amount is not immediately received by the account, the order may be marked as "On Hold." In this case, please contact our online customer service for assistance.
