1. Free Storage

Period The free storage period for purchased packages is 90 days, calculated from the date the parcel reaches the "Stored in Warehouse" status.

2. Extension Service

(1) If an item remains unprocessed for 1–30 days after the storage period expires, you can apply for an extension via the warehouse page. The extension fee is 10 CNY per month.

(2) If an item remains unprocessed for more than 30 days after the storage period expires, the item will be set to a "storage but unavailable for submitting" status in the warehouse. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

3. Important Notes

All time calculations are based on system records. It is recommended to monitor your storage status promptly to avoid additional fees or package issues.
